Become a Foster Carer with Thrive Foster Care
In partnership with P4 Recruitment
Every child deserves a safe, stable, and loving home. That’s why P4 Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively with Thrive Foster Care — an independent fostering agency supporting families across the North West who open their hearts and homes to children in need.
Together, we’re helping compassionate individuals and families take their first steps into fostering — with guidance, training, and support at every stage.
What We Look for in a Foster Carer
You don’t need special qualifications to foster — just the right values, space, and commitment to make a difference. Thrive welcomes carers from all walks of life, whether you’re single, married, working, or retired.
You can foster if you:
- Are over 21 years old
- Have a spare bedroom
- Can provide a stable, nurturing environment
- Have the time and empathy to support a child through change
What matters most is your ability to care, your resilience, and your desire to help children thrive.
The Role of a Foster Carer
Foster carers provide a temporary or long-term home for children and young people who can’t live with their birth families. You’ll help them feel safe, valued, and supported through some of life’s most challenging moments.
With Thrive, you’ll never do it alone — you’ll have 24/7 support, ongoing training, and a dedicated team to guide you every step of the way.
