At P4 Recruitment, we believe in making a real difference beyond recruitment, we had the privilege of doing just that.
Our team ran a dedicated volunteer day to support clients at Humankind, a charity that helps people build healthier and more fulfilling lives. During the day, we worked closely with individuals to help them upskill and feel more confident about their future career prospects.
We delivered practical workshops on CV writing, how to apply for jobs, and explored different opportunities available to them. Our goal was to inspire and empower each person to take the next step toward employment and personal growth.
The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive. Many attendees shared how much they valued the advice, with some saying they felt motivated and ready to start their job search for the first time in years.
The event also sparked fantastic engagement within the community, showing the importance of giving people the right tools and support to thrive.
